Your student is among a group of students who are eligible for the San Marcos Unified School District's PACE Promise, a unique program of the San Marcos Unified School District (SMUSD) and California State University San Marcos (CSUSM). It guarantees your child's admission to CSUSM if he or she meets the Promise benchmarks. It is important to remember that graduation is just a few years away and it's never too early to begin preparing for college.

Please join the PACE Promise by supporting and assisting your child in meeting the benchmarks for eligibility. Throughout the school year, you will receive information on the PACE Promise and suggestions about how to help your student prepare for college.
